Note: Time Travel was thought impossible at the time, and it nearly forever remained that way. It wasn’t until this very base was excavated nearly 500 years later that the physical evidence was discovered that some limited time travel experiments had been successfully completed. Four people – Doctor Jonathan Zang, his assistant Carlton Alston, and siblings Sara and Justin Kessler (the children of famed 21st century Temporalist Curtis Kessler) – successfully used the technology to move through time. Not much else is known, and their experiments have never been reproduced, though several duplicates of their “time-tunnel” have been unearthed around the world, including in underground facilities near London and Detroit.
