Note: Severin Hawke began his career as an officer in the Panamanian Army where he rose to the rank of Major before being moved to the United Nations Peacekeepers at only 27 years old. He served with the blue helmets until the UN was dissolved into the UEA, at which point he was given command of the 31st Company. In the eyes of the New World Order, he’s a deserter, as all former members of the Panamanian military were recalled to serve in the NWO armed forces, and Hawke refused to abandon his posting in the UEA, despite being offered a higher rank and pay. He was a vocal critic of the way Panama was treated when it was absorbed into the NWO, and was frequently the target of assassination attempts.
