Note: Richard Serano’s prominence in public and government life was such that he had little private life to speak of, but he did have one child, his daughter, Lila, who would become a sort of darling of the Sol Council, and after a time training herself as a vigilante in Luna City–something she was only able to get away with as the daughter of a beloved public figure–she followed her father into the agency.
