Note: This was the last operation that Jane Yancy carried out in the name of the UEA Secret Service. She remained on Luna however, and settled down to build a family with Fred Portsmouth. A few years later, she was brought on as a “special adviser” to the Intelligence Service of the Human Alliance (the short-lived government which was the predecessor of the Sol Council) and in that capacity was responsible for much of the activities of the HAIS over its 30 year history. When the Sol Council was founded, they offered her the top position in the Intelligence arm of the new government, the Sol Council Special Group, but she turned it down, choosing instead to retire from public service. Nothing is known of her life after that point.
