Note: Though they are not named in the comic, we know from the case files that Betancourt was in Luna City with two NWO Spec ops officers, Chander Dandin and Ander Booth. Dandin (likely depicted in the blue suit here) was a South African of Indian decent who had been a close advisor to Betancourt for many years. Booth was an Irishman who had defected to the NWO from the UEA under unknown circumstances, though likely he’d been recruited as a spy for one of the southern forces early in his career.
