Note: Alicia Frazier was a researcher working at Titan University on a grant from the defense department. There is no unclassified record of what she was working on, but it’s not hard to guess, due to her specialty in genetic engineering, that she was part of one or more of the Genmod Soldier projects that came out of Titan around this time: Project Lynx, Project Drak, and Project Viroka.
