Note: In-ground burial saw a resurgence on Titan. While the practice was becoming increasingly uncommon on other Human worlds, here it thrived, starting with the very first colonist death in 2189, when Colin J. Frazier died only a few days after first landing on Titan. Not much is known of the circumstances of his death, however. There were no coroners, or any other officials, in the colony at the time, and records list his cause of death only as “misadventure”.
