Note: The footrace was the most popular phys spec mentat contest (due to it being one of the skills least likely to be further enhanced by other acuities) and thus we have a lot of historical information related to the high speeds that such Mentats could attain. The fastest speed on record is 122.4 Kph, A record set during a sprint by 23 year old female Terran athlete Davi Simone. Davi admitted later in life that she was only able to maintain the speed by employing a second acuity that she had trained up, which literally held her muscles and bones from flying apart under the immense strain. Evidence shows that Raven Cuvier was going nearly that fast, if not faster when she rescued Xarles. She was likely then using a similar secondary acuity, perhaps unconsciously.
