Note: The Sol Council attempted to place a puppet administrator in control of Rampion Town and the surrounding colony, but failed to establish authority. The people did not oust these appointed “Governors”, just ignored them. These administrators would sit in an office giving orders and writing memos, and no one would listen. Instead they followed the elected Mayor of Rampion Town who served a six year term, and always worked from his own home, as the leader of the colony. Ogin Dekker was in office for the vast majority of this time. He served six terms in the office, and at the time of this story was two years from retirement.
