Note: The detectives already had one image of Zigmunt from the earlier vidphone call of course, but it was a low-resolution two-dimensional image. A satellite facial recognition search would have taken a lot longer if they’d been forced to use only that image. The hi-fidelity three-dimensional imagery included in Zigmunt’s immigration papers likely cut the search time from hours to mere minutes.
