Note: Technically, the Police Detective would not have been trying to ‘arrest’ Sofia. He was supposed to go to her home, and schedule a time for her to visit the station to begin the evaluation paperwork. If she had been living in a more populous zone, there would have been a branch of the DoPS nearby, and they would have taken care of it themselves. Hers and Kolya’s actions, though, could be construed as ‘Obstruction of an officer in his duties’.
